Z41T: rising stem with a metal seat, for the case where the operator has to see the position and the medium is not clean water — a heating header, a boiler blowdown line, a plant where the valve is opened and closed on a schedule. The stem rises as the wedge lifts and the threads stay out of the flow, so grit cannot jam the mechanism the way it jams a dark-stem valve in dirty service. PN10/16, DN50–DN600, 2Cr13 stem. Metal seat means it is not bubble-tight; if the line must hold dead tight, that is a resilient valve's job.
