CRYOGENIC VALVES
Cryogenic Valves Engineered to Your Specification
Down to −196 °C for LNG and air separation.

Product Range
Each family is available as a made-to-order valve sized for your operating parameters — no standard catalogue SKUs, engineering-led specification. Compare the cryogenic gate valve specifications and the cryogenic valve size and pressure range.

Cryogenic Butterfly Valve — Triple-Offset with Maintenance Port
Triple-offset metal-seated cryogenic butterfly valve with a maintenance port, so the seat can be serviced without cutting the line. The extended bonnet keeps the stem packing above 0 °C in service down to −196 °C.
DN200–1600 | Class 150–1500

Cryogenic Ball Valve — Floating & Trunnion-Mounted
Floating and trunnion-mounted cryogenic ball valve with a full bore, so pressure drop stays minimal. A drip pan and extended bonnet keep the packing above 0 °C, and excess cavity pressure relieves automatically.
DN15–1050 | Class 150–2500

Cryogenic Gate Valve — Flexible Wedge with Stellite-Overlaid Seats
Flexible-wedge cryogenic gate valve with double-stellite seats that hold tight as the body contracts. A relief hole in the disc balances abnormal cavity pressure, and the extended bonnet keeps the packing above 0 °C.
DN15–800 | Class 150–2500

Cryogenic Globe Valve — Conical Metal-to-Metal Seat
Conical metal-to-metal seat for repeatable shut-off and throttling duty. Short travel and low torque suit frequent cycling, and the extended bonnet keeps the packing above 0 °C.
DN15–800 | Class 150–2500

Cryogenic Check Valve — Lift, Swing & Axial-Flow Patterns
Lift, swing and axial-flow patterns, so the body can match the piping layout. The seats are stellite-overlaid for erosion resistance, and the swing pattern has no external leakage path.
DN15–1000 | Class 150–2500
Size Range
From DN15 to DN400+ — one production line.
Cryogenic valves are engineered to order in every size class: compact needle and ball valves for small-bore lines, volume batches of extended-bonnet gate valves, and large-bore butterfly and fully-welded ball valves supplied with lifting lugs for engineered projects.

Specification Range
Size range varies by valve family — see Size Range above for representative deliveries.
Applications
Manufacturing & Testing Capabilities
- Cryogenic treatment of pressure-retaining parts for dimensional stability
- Extended-bonnet design keeps stem packing above 0 °C during cryogenic service
- Liquid-nitrogen functional testing at −196 °C
- Fire-safe and low-emission (ISO 15848-1) certified designs
- Design life 30+ years (per manufacturer's datasheet)
Liquid-nitrogen functional testing at −196 °C — a valve submerged in the LN₂ bath, surface frosted and the cryogen boiling off during the test cycle.
