Cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pump for abrasive, high-density slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, power and building materials. Where one casing cannot make the head, the pumps can be installed in series — the same hydraulic end stacked in stages rather than a single oversized casing. The frame plate liner and impeller are hard metal only: at these heads and solids loadings a rubber lining would deform and tear, so the HH build is not offered in rubber. Outlet DN20–DN150, flow 10–900 m³/h, head 20–100 m. Used on tailings lifts, cyclone feed and long-distance slurry transfer where the operating point sits high on the curve.

Series installation is the reason this pump exists
KSHH is a cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pump built for strongly abrasive, high-density slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, power and building materials. Where a single casing cannot make the head, the pumps are installed in series — more stages, same hydraulic end.
Series duty changes the selection: each stage runs at its own inlet pressure, so shaft seal arrangement and bearing frame have to be confirmed for the position in the train, not for the pump alone.
Hard metal only, and why
The frame plate liner and impeller of this build are wear-resistant metal only. At the heads and solids loadings this series is applied to, a rubber lining deforms and tears, so it is not offered here.
Anything that needs a rubber-lined hydraulic end belongs to the lighter slurry series instead — mixing the two is how a pump ends up outside the range it was selected for.
