The 600X is the cheap way to motorise a line: a solenoid pilot on a hydraulic main valve opens and closes it on an electrical signal, at a fraction of the cost and the pressure loss of a motorised gate or butterfly valve of the same bore. Two things have to be stated in the enquiry: whether the valve is to fail open or fail closed when the signal or the supply is lost, and how fast it may close, because a fast-closing DN300 on a long main is a surge generator. It is an on/off valve, not a control valve.
