V-Port Ball Valve, Full Bore, 2-Pc

Industrial valves and fittings dispatch fast — wear parts and complete machines quoted on request.

V-Port Ball Valves

V-notched segment ball valves for fibre, slurry and viscous media — flanged, high-pad, full-bore and wafer builds with near-equal-percentage control. Images are representative renderings of each series; finish, accessories and nameplate follow the confirmed drawing.

The two-piece full-bore valve splits on a bolted body joint, so the ball, seat and seal can be reached without cutting the valve out of the line — the reason this build is common on slurry and stock lines where seats wear. Flow capacity is close to the pipe bore, control is near equal percentage, and the adjustable stem plus square-shaft drive keep the ball seated and the backlash out. Sizes DN25–DN350; PN10 / PN16 / PN25 or 150LB; −29 to 350 °C, −29 to 700 °C on request; Class V / Class VI, uni- or bi-directional.

Two pieces, so the internals come out in place

The two-piece body splits on a bolted joint, which means the ball, seat and seal can be reached without cutting the valve out of the line. On slurry and stock lines, where seats wear as a matter of course, that is the difference between a planned shutdown and an unplanned one.

Full-bore passage and the V-notch control characteristic are the same as the one-piece build; only the maintenance route changes.

Choosing between one-piece and two-piece

One-piece where a body joint is unacceptable and a seat change can wait for a shutdown; two-piece where the seat is a wear item and the line cannot be opened often. Both are full bore, both control near equal percentage.
