Submersible Axial-Flow / Mixed-Flow Pump

Industrial valves and fittings dispatch fast — wear parts and complete machines quoted on request.

Sewage & Wastewater Pumps

Single-casing non-clog pumps for sewage, fibrous wastewater and solids-bearing process water, with open, semi-open, closed or free-flow impellers. Images are representative renderings of each series; finish, accessories and nameplate follow the confirmed drawing.

Submersible axial-flow and mixed-flow pump: the motor sits on the same shaft as the impeller and the whole machine goes under the water, so there is no pump house, no suction pipe and no priming — the water flows straight up through the bowl. Built for large flow at low head: DN350 to DN1600, up to about 30,000 m³/h on the largest frame, low-head duty, 290 to 1450 r/min with speed falling as the diameter rises, and an impeller whose blade angle can be reset between flood and dry season. Station duty: storm water, drainage and irrigation pumping stations, where a sewage pump would need a dozen units to move the same water.

When an axial-flow pump is the only option

The choice between this and a sewage pump is made on the duty point, not on the application name. A submersible sewage pump delivers tens to a few hundred cubic metres an hour against ten or twenty metres of head. A drainage station moving a river's worth of storm water needs thousands of cubic metres an hour against two to twelve metres — at that flow, a sewage pump would mean a battery of units, a suction manifold and a pump house to hold them. The axial-flow pump is one machine sunk into the sump.

The blade angle is the working adjustment. The same impeller is reset between the dry season and the flood season: a flatter angle for high flow at minimum head, a steeper one when the discharge level rises. On a station that runs for decades, that reset is worth more than a fraction of a point of efficiency — it is the difference between a pump that can be matched to the actual water year and one that is fixed at the design point.

Station equipment, quoted as a set

Send the duty point and the sump, and the model follows: flow in m³/h, head in metres, the water level range the pump has to work in, the sump depth and the discharge arrangement, plus voltage, starting method and whether the station needs level control or remote monitoring. Installation decides the rest — vertical with a discharge bend, horizontal, or on an auto-coupling base that lets the pump be lifted out on a guide rail without entering the sump.

This is station equipment, so it is quoted as a set: pump, discharge bend, coupling base or pedestal, guide rail, control panel and cable length are priced line by line. A price for the bare pump is not a price for the station.
