A flanged forged gate for the small-bore high-pressure end of a plant: main steam drains, boiler feedwater branches, high-pressure process isolation. Forged rather than cast, which is what makes Class 1500 practical at these sizes — thicker walls, no casting porosity. Bolted bonnet for trim inspection, rising stem with an accessible thread, raised-face flanges to ASME B16.5. Chrome-moly grades (F5, F11, F22) for steam, austenitic grades (F304, F316, F321, F347) for corrosive duty. A pressure-seal bonnet version is available on request against the confirmed drawing.
