Boiler feedwater lines are where a failed check valve is most expensive: reverse flow can spin a pump backwards and damage the impeller. This swing check holds PN320 at 540 °C, with a chrome-moly body, a hard-faced disc and butt-weld ends. It needs no actuator and no external power — the disc answers to differential pressure alone, which is why it stays in service where solenoid or motor-operated valves need maintenance.
