Fluoropolymer-Lined Straight-Through Globe Valve (J45J)

Industrial valves and fittings dispatch fast — wear parts and complete machines quoted on request.

Lined Valves

Fluoropolymer- and rubber-lined valves for acid, alkali and corrosive service — gate, globe, butterfly, diaphragm, check and Y-strainer, DN15 to DN1200 at PN0.6–1.6 MPa. The lining is the working surface: it suits corrosive media but not abrasive slurry, and it is the part that fails if the valve is throttled or run dry. Lining grade (PTFE, FEP or PFA) and body material are confirmed per order.

Lined straight-through (Y-pattern) globe valve: the seat sits on the inclined axis rather than in a side pocket, so pressure drop is lower than a standard globe valve and the body can be drained without a low point. Lined disc and seat allow genuine throttling on corrosive duty. Sizes DN15 to DN250 at PN0.6 and PN1.0 MPa, flanged, handwheel with rising stem. Use it where a lined gate valve is too coarse and a lined butterfly valve cannot be throttled without eating the lining.
