Fluoropolymer-Lined Butterfly Valve (D371F46 / D341F46)

Industrial valves and fittings dispatch fast — wear parts and complete machines quoted on request.

Lined Valves

Fluoropolymer- and rubber-lined valves for acid, alkali and corrosive service — gate, globe, butterfly, diaphragm, check and Y-strainer, DN15 to DN1200 at PN0.6–1.6 MPa. The lining is the working surface: it suits corrosive media but not abrasive slurry, and it is the part that fails if the valve is throttled or run dry. Lining grade (PTFE, FEP or PFA) and body material are confirmed per order.

Fully lined butterfly valve: body bore and disc both covered, so the medium meets only the lining. Wafer type D371 for sandwiching between flanges, flanged type D341 for end-of-line and dead-end service, DN40 to DN1200 at PN1.0–1.6 MPa. The quarter-turn action and low torque make it the practical choice above DN300, where a lined gate valve becomes heavy and expensive. Lining grade PTFE or F46 confirmed per order.
