Fluoropolymer-Lined Angle Globe Valve (J44F46)

Industrial valves and fittings dispatch fast — wear parts and complete machines quoted on request.

Lined Valves

Fluoropolymer- and rubber-lined valves for acid, alkali and corrosive service — gate, globe, butterfly, diaphragm, check and Y-strainer, DN15 to DN1200 at PN0.6–1.6 MPa. The lining is the working surface: it suits corrosive media but not abrasive slurry, and it is the part that fails if the valve is throttled or run dry. Lining grade (PTFE, FEP or PFA) and body material are confirmed per order.

Lined angle globe valve with inlet and outlet at 90 degrees, used where a header turns upward or downward and an elbow would otherwise sit next to a straight valve. The lined disc and seat give fine throttling, unlike a lined gate or ball valve. Sizes DN15 to DN300 at PN1.0 and PN1.6 MPa, flanged, rising stem with handwheel. Because the lining is a working surface, keep the valve off dry-running and avoid throttling at near-closed positions where velocity erodes the seat.
