These are the tips alone, for workshops that re-tip picks rather than replace them: plug (Z), mushroom (M) and flat-bottom (P) profiles in over eighteen sizes, in YG11C grade. The profile has to match the seat that was brazed before — a mushroom tip in a plug seat leaves a gap that fails at the braze, not at the carbide. Re-tipping only pays when the steel body is still straight and the bore is still round; a worn shoulder will break the new tip in the first shift.
